1. REKRUTMEN

We conduct document selection and internal interviews to ensure that CPMIs have competencies that match the needs of the job market. CPMIs are also selected based on criteria set by companies in the destination country, including language skills, work experience and adaptability.

With this, it is hoped that CPMIs and recipient companies will both benefit according to their respective expectations and abilities.

2. TRAINING / PELATIHAN

Our company works with PT Hamaren to assist in training CPMI. The training we provide includes:

  • Skills Training: CPMI are given training in relevant fields, such as hospitality, construction, and health, to improve technical skills.
  • Language and Culture Training: Foreign language training (e.g., Japanese or the language of the destination country) and understanding of the culture, laws, and social norms in the destination country to prepare workers.

With this training, CPMI will be better prepared to face challenges in the destination country and increase their chances of success in an international career.

3. PENEMPATAN

With the support of a Professional Team, for the smooth placement of PMI in the destination country, we assist CPMI in processing immigration documents such as passports and visas, and ensure that all documents are in accordance with applicable regulations. In addition, we also coordinate with companies in the destination country regarding work contracts and explain the contents of the work contract to CPMI, including the rights and obligations of workers so that there are no misunderstandings in the future and provide security and comfort working in the destination country.

4. SUPPORT ATAU DUKUNGAN

Our P3MI team always provides support services in the form of providing consultation services regarding the rights and obligations of migrant workers and how to face challenges in the destination country, providing legal assistance for workers who experience problems such as breach of contract or immigration problems, as well as support in emergency situations such as natural disasters or conflicts, to ensure the comfort and safety of workers while working in the destination country.
